November 2024 Standard Construction Specifications
Effective as of November 1, 2024
Unless otherwise stated in the Special Provisions, these specifications will become effective for contracts advertised for bids on and after November 1, 2024. For contracts advertised prior to November 1, 2024, the January 1, 2016 version of the Specifications shall apply. All addenda or variances issued relative to the January 1, 2016 Specifications shall remain in effect for projects subject to the January 1, 2016 Specifications.
